Job Description

A large German ServiceNow part er are looking to bring in a number of ServiceNow technical professionals. They have clients throughout the world but are mainly looking to bring in German speaking professionals as their German client base grows.

You will be working around the ITSM/ITBM/ITOM & CSM components of the ServiceNow platform so it's an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge on the platform.

Working for this exciting company will allow you to be creative with your work whilst enjoying a level of remote work.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on the ServiceNow platform
• Provide expertise on best practice
• Run functional design workshops
• Liaise with clients to design solutions, configuration, testing and implementation of a range of modules
• Estimate duration on projects and tasks

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience implementing, configuring a range of ServiceNow modules
• Working knowledge of ITIL framework
• Ability to work in an agile environment
