My client is a service provider for the administration, delivery and relocation of standardized exchange pallets (Euro pallets) and lattice boxes, with over 45 years of knowledge.

Application Manager ERP (m/w/d) Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2018

Your tasks

- Responsible for the further development of the existing and the new ERP solution (Navision 2018)

- Creation of technical application concepts and design of efficient structures and processes as well as the realization of improvement potential

- Development of ITIL-based processes, expectation, escalation and change management scenarios as well as implementation of commercial and technical project evaluations

- Solving operational problems as well as advice, support and training of users in the specialist areas

- Cooperation with major customers in the case of necessary software integrations

- Documentation of the individual projects, as well as the presentation of all projects and their progress

- Operative planning and control of agile software developments (Jira)

Your qualifications

- Successfully completed university degree in business informatics or a comparable training / qualification

- First experience, ideally in operative ERP consulting and / or process management

- Knowledge and first experience with MS Dynamics NAV Development

- Structured way of working, organized, flexible and mobile

- Analytical and conceptual strength

- Very good communication and presentation skills
