Reporting to the Grocery Accounting Receivable Manager, your missions will be ...
Ensure collection of accounts receivables (collection by phone, email, web portal, …), analysis and follow-up of customer accounts and ageing balances,
Ensure the cash allocation of bank receipt (checks, bill of exchange, wire transfer, …) and bank application,
Analyze, follow-up and disputes management (Credit Note, Debit Note, management of supporting documentation, issues credit note and claim management with related internal department), 
Manage close connections with the credit insurance for the specialized distributors and Export customers.



Qualifications
Bilingual in German, you are recognized for your thoroughness, your organizational skills and your ability to work independently.
Ideally, you have a diploma in Accounting or Management or have knowledge in Accounting.
Experience in connection with Food Distribution Markets will be valued.
Comfortable with IT tools, more particularly Office and ideally SAP.
Finally, your interpersonal skills and your positive spirit will be assets to succeed in this position.
