For our controlling team we are immediately looking for a Business Administrator in Finance, full-time (39h/week).

• Monitoring all existing orders
• Processing and initial account assignment for all incoming invoices
• Setting and monitoring the payment process in coordination with the Controlling Team Leader
• Maintaining vendor master data
• Proactively supporting the controlling team in process optimization

• Completed commercial training
• Initial experience in a comparable role
• Business-fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent command of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Dynamics/NAV
• Strong team and communication skills
• Self-directed, reliable, and committed approach to work
