• Processing and management of customer orders (SAP SD) as well as purchase orders for factories
• Demand planning (SAP MM/PP) und consignment stock by observing relevant KPIs
• Analysis and interpretation of forecast figures and orders from customers as basis for Sales Managers for negotiation with customers and factories
• Securing a smooth supply chain by incident detection and finding solutions and/or initiate escalation process
• Monitoring of open orders, unconfirmed orders and overdue shipments
• Correspondence with national and international customers, factories and internal Departments related to order processing
• Handling of return deliveries for customers and factories

• Successfully completed commercial education
• Several years of professional experience in Order Management or similar position
• Very good German and English language skills, written and oral, are essential for this role
• Safe command of MS Office, especially Excel is a must-have
• Broad experience with SAP, in particular SD, MM, PP
• Reliable and precise way of working, independent and structured work style
• Team spirit, flexibility and proactive attitude
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
