Main tasks and responsibilitiesDefine the Divisional strategic IT direction in alignment with Group Finance & StrategyEnable IT as a strategic business partner on all levelsInstall global IT steering and decision-making with a total costs of ownership perspectiveSupport global process automation for all relevant business activitiesExecute on the Divisional IT strategic direction and operational businessDemand: Collect business demand and act as strategic business partner(e.g., enterprise architecture, demand management, digital innovation)Development: Develop and manage ongoing IT projects(e.g., IT project management, ERP roll-outs)Services: Manage all business relevant IT services(e.g., business systems, infrastructure services, end-user services, ERP)Regions: Lead the global IT community through collaboration with regional & local IT (e.g., IT business Partners and Demand Managers)Outsourcing: Provide external services & support for IT commodities(e.g., support specialists, IT development, cloud services)Contribute proactively to Divisional growth projects (additionally to Group-wide projects)Foster our Corporate Culture and Values
Education and experienceUniversity degree in IT (4-years degree), certified in agile working methods (e.g., scrum)Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an IT international leadership roleExperience working in an industrial B2B company (including manufacturing)Experience in managing complex IT transformation projectsPersonal characteristicsStrong link to Habasit Core Values paired with resilience and results-orientationDeep knowledge (deep understanding of IT strategic & operational activities)Customer insight (deep insights into needs of IT stakeholders)Service orientation (strong internal & external service orientation and hands-on mentality)Automation (proactive drive towards automation of business processes)LanguageFluent in English (both written and verbal), Fluent in German a plus (both written and verbal)
