• Salesforce support and development
• IT process improvements
• Support with hardware

Skills & Qualifications

• Desktop support (Macs and PC's, Printers, Networking infrastructure) - 5 years
• Google work space (Formerly G-suite) - 3 years
• Microsoft Teams/Office365 - 2 years
• Salesforce development (Platform, Communities, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, Validation rules, Flow etc) - 5 years
• Data management (data quality, security, database architecture etc) - 5 years
• Important that despite the above is that you are a generalist.
