For our Corporate Communication team, we are seeking a

Manager Corporate Communication (m/w/d)

• Create, drive and evaluate various communication and marketing activities across external and internal channels with a strong focus on channel-specific content creation, especially in English
• Support in the development and implementation of Rentschler Biopharma’s internal and external communication planning
• Draft and review (scientific) texts and articles to be published on our intranet, corporate website and social media channels
• Independent review of scientific publications and their adaption for various formats, including corporate materials, articles and event publications
• Creation and review of content for corporate materials (including presentation, website, brochures, adverts)
• Collaboration and liaison with internal and external partners to implement various communication measures

• Life Science degree or long-standing biotech industry work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in communications/ marketing in an agency, in a corporate environment or as a journalist
• Knowledge of new media formats incl. digital and social media
• Excellent knowledge of the English and German language, written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills with excellent time and project management skills, able to balance short term deadlines with long term goals
• Open minded networker and team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Solid MS Office expertise
• International network in the life sciences industry (especially in media) is a plus
