Product Manager (f/m/d) Life Science – Molecular & Gene Testing Medical Devices
- Take responsibility for the management and implementation of the product roadmap for our molecular lymph node analysis platform OSNA as well as our NGS-based gene testing portfolio Plasma-SeqSensei
- Drive conceptual design, business plans and the implementation of product launches and expansions in the EMEA region
- Define marketing strategies: prepare conclusions from market analysis, customer feedback and competition review to drive creation of successful customer value propositions and USP reflecting sales/marketing tools
- Support our affiliates and distributors in achieving commercial targets by collaborating for pre-sales actions such as KOL management, reimbursement initiatives, customer demonstrations and trainings (all in an operating theatre / pathology laboratory setting)
- Securely deal with product updates, complaint handling and post marketing surveillance
- Take responsibility for the business development related collaboration with Sysmex Inostics (a group company), our mother company Sysmex Corporation in Japan and 3rd party suppliers
- Develop and conduct internal product and sales training
- Organise and take part in congresses and events in the EMEA region
- Degree in molecular biology, medical science or equivalent; additional business skills advantageous
- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial (sales or marketing) role in Life Sciences, Genomics or In Vitro diagnostics
- Excellent English communication, presentation and teaching skills; knowledge of other European languages advantageous
- Target- and sales-oriented work style
- Ability to handle complex situations with creativity
- Willingness to travel (up to 20 %) within the EMEA region
