• Validation of gene function in modulating T cell responses using genetic knockout studies (CRISPR, RNAi etc.)
• Modification and optimization of the proprietary genetic screening platform
• Application of state-of-the-art molecular biology methods
• Analysis of the pharmacological effect of cancer immunotherapy drug candidates on primary immune cells and tumor cells using various immunological and cell-based assays
• Careful recording and documentation of results

• You have experience in the field of tumor biology and immunology
• You have hands-on experience in conducting immune cell-based functional assays (cytotoxicity assays, cytokine release assays, macrophage polarization assays etc.)
• You are familiar with standard cellular (isolation and culture of primary immune / tumor cells) and immunological methods (eg, ELISA, bead-based multiplex assays, flow cytometry, western blot, etc.)
• Prior experience with genetic knockout methods (eg, CRISPR, RNAi) would be advantageous
• Proficiency with Flowjo and GraphPad Prism would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Highly motivated, flexible and creative individual with team-work spirit and strong interpersonal skills
