ITM Medical Isotopes GmbH

ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Garching, another site is being built in Neufahrn.

We would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible:

Head of Project Management Organization (PMO) (f/m/d)

Your Role:

• Cross-functional and strategic project management with all operating functions within ITM Medical Isotopes (ITM MI) (e.g. Manufacturing, Engineering, Radiation protection) and administrative functions in ITM AG (e.g. Finance, Quality Unit) regarding three fields: the global Multi-Project-Management, local or global tech transfers and local or global expansion projects
• Disciplinary responsibility for several employees that are managing self-reliant tech transfers within ITM MI (e.g. internal or external site-to-site transfers or R&D-to-site transfers or establishment of CMOs, focus on product transfers or process transfers) or expansion projects within ITM AG (e.g. new manufacturing site for ITM)
• Process responsibility for tech transfers according to GMP (e.g. SOPs, templates etc.), for expansions according to the ITM strategy (e.g. project plans) and for multi-project management according to the managing board expectations (e.g. program and project management overview, dependencies and regular project review reports)
• Budget responsibility for the department
• Direct report of quality, timeframe, resource and budget aims to the Managing Director of ITM Medical Isotopes GmbH, Indirect report to different head of departments and/or managing directors and/or chief boards

What we are looking for:

• Graduation from a German or foreign institution of higher education (University level) preferably in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy
• At least 5 years of professional GMP experience in technology transfer and/or strategic project or program management of a pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical or medical technology industry; further experience in the field of manufacturing, regulatory affairs, research & development or radiation protection advantageous
• High affinity for communication and interaction with diverse matrix and disciplinary functions within the whole ITM group; high flexibility, pragmatism and resilience for diverse challenges; pro-active and assertive, organized and strategic mind-set
• Highly proficient use of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects, Teams etc.)
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel internationally (max. 10%)
