This is what you can doWe are looking for a passionate Team Leader to establishing a new team for all current and future programs. You will report to the Director Systems & Cabin.
Your responsibilities in this role include:
- Structure and organize team collaboration and design review meetings to identify and resolve design clashes with stakeholders within Systems & Cabin directorate, Aircraft Structure, and respective suppliers
- Develop 3D data of mechanic and avionic / electric systems as well as cabin / -systems integration for implementation in a DMU compliant to installation requirements, including systems, zonal analysis and EWIS
- Represent a focal point to other departments for interfaces to primary structure and DMU
- Structuring and organizing in efficient and effective manner design review meetings to identify and resolve design clashes with stakeholders within Systems & Cabin directorate, Aircraft Structure, and respective suppliers
You’ll bring this with you - Master’s Degree in Aerospace or Aeronautics or equivalent with 10+ years’ working experience and 5+ years’ leadership experience
- Previous experience in at least one new aircraft development program from inception to certification
- Knowledgeable in aircraft development processes and tools related to product structure, configuration management and enterprise system, including suppliers’
- Expert in CAD tools, CATIA V5, Smart team, experience with 3DExperience is a plus, motivated to share and train others
- Open minded personality with excellent communication skills, written and spoken in English, German is a plus
- Structured and result orientated with strong team spirit
