(Senior) Project & Application Expert Process Digitalization (m/f/d)

The (Senior) Project & Application Expert Process Digitalization (m/f/d) is responsible for the development and support of relevant IT applications and concepts in the area of Process Digitalization and is the contact person for the global departments regarding the supported applications and processes.Your assignments

• Management of projects and rollouts in the area of process digitalization
• Development of business applications based on the low code platform technology
• Requirement management for the processes to be digitized in cooperation with the responsible departments
• Holistic integration of the applications into the local conditions & structures (e. g. user input devices)
• Ensuring GMP compliant and auditable documentation as well as support for the central definition, performance, and coordination of validation activities for new applications
• Further development of the implemented systems and applications
• Development, training, and functional management of a team of experts for the relevant applications

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Business Informatics (or comparable degree)
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Project management experience including the responsibility of project implementation
• Knowledge of low code platforms, process modeling tools, information design and user experience would be an advantage
• High IT affinity and interest in process modeling
• Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for the pharmaceutical industry (GxP)
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and analytical thinking
• Assertiveness and strong resilience
• Ability to work in a team and intercultural competence
• Curiosity to develop new topics and applications conceptually and then to introduce and develop them further
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel
