You will be a senior member of the Technology Services organization at Dentsply Sirona, with responsibility for technical advisory, value-added services, and technical consulting support for strategic market segments as well as key customers.

• Engagement leader for strategic customers and direct customer segments (e.g. DSOs, University, Military) responsible for technical solutions design and delivery coordination
• Voice of the customer: responsible for researching and articulating customer needs and requirements
• Cooperation with in-country commercial and services leadership for configuration / pricing / launch coordination as well as local optimization
• Key evangelist for customers, prospects, and in industry events to promote our products and solutions, serving as one of the most knowledgeable and technologically proficient market-facing resources at Dentsply Sirona

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, another scientific field of study, or Business / Finance / Economics
• Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in a technology-related field, preferably in dental technology and imaging
• Minimum of 3 years of direct customer consulting / service experience
• Proven track record of success in identifying customer needs and converting them into high-value service offerings
• Advanced analytical and business strategy skills related to service-line and support program development in technology-related industries
• Compelling and clear vision as well as communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Willingness to travel – 40-60%
