Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) Corn Europe

For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at the Einbeck location we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) within the Business Unit Corn Europe as soon as possible. In this position you will be responsible for the implementation and further development of (partial) projects in the area of digitalization of KWS Supply. This exciting position is open-ended and full-time.

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to clarify, conceptualize and implement requirements with regard to supply chain processes
• Independent planning, organization, execution and control of (sub-) projects in the area of supply chain management
• Analysis of supply chain processes and / or possible system modifications or extensions with the aim of an integrated system landscape
• Driving forward developments in the areas of KWS DataMatrix, RFID and Warehouse
• Participation in the optimization of planning processes and inventory management at BU Europe and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies in Germany and abroad
• Preparation of sales & operations planning meetings (EDP)
• Data preparation and analyses

• University or college degree in economics, business informatics, agricultural science/agricultural economics and/or successfully completed commercial training with a focus on logistics/forwarding/production or supply management
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in the management of complex projects in an international context, preferably in the above-mentioned field of activity, would be desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge desirable
• Structured, goal-oriented and result-oriented independent working style
• Methodical competence, analytical thinking skills and a strong process orientation
• Intercultural competence, communication and team skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel on business at home and abroad
