Tasks & responsibilities- In your new role, you are responsible for operational planning, oversight and delivery of clinical programs within assigned indication or given asset with focus on speed, value and quality.
- As a leader of clinical delivery for assigned indication/asset, you are accountable for operational input into Clinical Development Plan (CDP), develop and implement the Operational Execution Excellence Plan for given asset(s) for both early and late phase clinical trials
- You are responsible for operational input and ensuring patient centricity as well as implementing digital innovation and expert engagement plan at program level across all trials within a given indication/asset.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree, MD or PhD desirable (specialist in CNS / Psychiatry)
- Proven track record on overseeing and running global clinical trial programs managing complex projects and clinical trials in TA Central Nervous System / Psychiatry
- Long-term experience in clinical development or operations (Pharma)
- Good understanding of Health Authority regulations in key markets, Boehringer Ingelheim Code of Conduct, Corporate Medicine Standard Operating Procedures, Main Industry Associations Codes
- Ability to effectively set direction, innovate, and communicate in a global ecosystem with a very diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external traditional and non-traditional stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and influencing skills
- Curiosity, innovative thinking including the ability and a strong desire to know or learn something as well as inquisitiveness
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
