For KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA we are looking for a Manager (m/f/d) Seed Production for our Sub Business Unit special crops. You will be jointly responsible for the efficiency of field production in close cooperation with the Production Manager. The main work location is in Wiebrechtshausen (Lower Saxony/Germany). This exciting and varied position is permanent and full-time.Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:

• Creation of field production plans based on inventories and production resources at the various sites
• Processing plans based on sales and marketing plans
• Monitoring of field production at home and abroad
• Control of all production orders
• Disposition and dispatch processing of seed deliveries in cooperation with logistics
• Efficiency analysis and updating of quality results in the various systems
• Other tasks within the production department

Your profile - competence meets personality:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture or completed professional training as a Crop Technologist, Field Technician or equivalent
• Practical and crop production experience
• Ability and willingness to work in a team, share experience and expertise with colleagues
• Secure IT skills in MS Office, SAP-Skills are an advantage
• High level of flexibility to work during peak season
• Good knowledge of German is mandatory, very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
