-->You will be responsible for our Paints & Coatings business in Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordics. You will be working with various key accounts and big players across these regions within an international team, communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, identify new markets and grow existing ones. What this position entails
- Define, develop and implement business strategy for key accounts in our Paints business
- Increase volume and profitability
- Deliver on the short- and long-term objectives
- Deliver sales according to budget
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Identify business growth opportunities
- Direct contact with customers in the field, representing Nouryon in a professional manner
- Responsible from 79 sold-tos and 120 ship-tos within Germany, Netherlands, & Nordics
- High CM, loyal customers, identify growth potentials
What you should bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
- Excellent commercial, communication and interpersonal skills, influencing, entrepreneurship, result oriented, negotiation, problem solving, (project) management
- Extensive sales/account management capabilities
- Experience in different BUs/disciplines/regions
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and service minded working style
- Flexible teamwork
- MS Office skills, SAP
- Excellent German & English language skills
- Experience in Building & Construction and the Paint business
- Willingness to travel min 50% of working time
