We have several positions to fill worldwide.Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role you create, develop, implement and maintain a future-oriented, global learning and development framework, including a state-of-the-art asset evidence plan and knowledge platform.
• You develop and support the development of state-of-the-art training materials, innovative training plans, and training formats, including interactive bootcamps across clinical development.
• Furthermore, you ensure a fast onboarding of new colleagues and coordinate cross-functional communities of practice in clinical development
• You collaborate closely with other ClinDev CoE functions to ensure a seamless evidence playbook content creation/refinement, evidence network coaching and training experience.
• As (Senior) Expert/(Senior Principal) Manager you provide (deep) subject matter expertise and experience to drive operational excellence in Clinical Development.

Requirements

• Academic degree with long-term professional experience in communication, training and development
• Sound understanding of novel (agile) methodologies to enhance team performance, transfer knowledge, and develop people
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external traditional and non-traditional stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, active listening, communication and influencing skills

Additional requirements for the Senior role:

• MD or PhD with several years of professional experience in clinical development in an international context or equivalent education.
• Several years of experience in clinical development/medicine in the pharmaceutical industry and demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders beyond the own organizational reach
• Profound knowledge and skills in the respective area of responsibility and demonstrated experience in leading, designing and implementing change successfully in the organization, i.e. of all aspects of an operating model related to knowledge management and knowledge transfer
