Our Engineering & Technology department is currently seeking to start as soon as possible.

• Proactive (GMP) optimization of processes and plants, among others, based on modeling and simulation
• Independent programming of the simulation, validation of the model
• Subsequent operationalization of the optimization or the management thereof
• Identification of as yet unused optimization potentials in processes and plants
• Keen on learning new topics and developing further into new areas of expertise (e.g. Data Science, PAT, continuous manufacturing, PCS7)
• Elaboration of various technical solution proposals for problems in production
• Lead fault analysis with elaboration of alternative solutions
• Ensuring GMP compliance in the task environment (SOPs)
• Consulting production on the procurement of technical equipment
• Execution of technical and safety trainings
• Availability for occasional on-call coverage outside of core business hours during the week and on weekends
• Ensuring completeness of technical documentation with development of concepts and their administration
• Collaboration in the handling of projects in the technical area
• Supervision and monitoring of technical service providers
• Independent execution, organization and documentation of maintenance and servicing work in the specialist area
• Leading of coordination meetings with production

• Completed university studies, engineering degree (FH), e.g. process engineering
• Practical experience with simulations and their programming
• Good understanding of technical and commercial processes
• High sense of responsibility
• Proactive and structured approach to work as well as effective working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
