Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent

• Ensures STADA global ESO Policies and Standards will be implemented by CMOs
• Coordination and participation ESO Review with strategic CMOs
• Selection and due diligence of strategic CMOs for new products and product transfers
• Development of cross functional ESO infrastructure to ensure holistic CMO management taking into account Procurement, Quality, Material Science and Testing, Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs
• Competent Authority Preparation activities and support of CMOs through authority inspections
• Monitoring the quality status of the products supplied by CMOs and initiate Quality improvement projects
• Supervise the control of supplier assurance documentation for APIs, excipients and packaging materials including Quality Agreements, Supply Chain Pedigrees, FMEAs and GMP certificates
• Develops the External Supply Operations and Commercial Quality teams, thorough succession planning, talent management and individual development plans
• Develops and implements annual goals for the direct reports and monitors target achievement and performs the annual performance review for the direct reports
• Drives process improvements by applying recognized quality tools, internal and external audit programs, appropriate CAPA systems and feedback systems (complaints etc.)

• At least 10 years experiences in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily in the area of supplier / CMO management and commercial quality
• University degree in pharmaceutical science, natural sciences, or related field
• Fluent English skills
• Excellent communication skills
