We are currently looking for a Team leader Quality Control and Analytics (m/f/d) for our oligonucleotide production.Job DescriptionFor our Quality Control Team in Ebersberg we are looking as soon as possible for a Teamleader Quality Control GSM (m/w/d).
Leadership of TA Operators technically and personally

• You are responsible for delivering quality control for all produced oligonucleotides together with your team in a 3-shift system. This includes control of correct target mass as well as purity and yield.
• You report to the BU Manager DNA Synthesis CCO of Eurofins Genomics Europe and interact closely with the Head of Production as well as the respective production team leads.
• You manage your team of QC and Analytics specialists covering all personnel related topics like hiring, shift organization and vacation planning, coaching and development, etc.
• You work closely with R&D to improve existing methods and implement methods for new products or custom projects.
• You closely monitor production and equipment KPIs and deduct measures for from them.
• You ensure together with your team that equipment maintenance is being performed on time and work closely with your leadership if critical parts need to be replaced.
• You are the main contact person for audits according to ISO 13485 as well as processing of action plans and implementation of preventive and corrective actions (CAPA).
• You drive improvement projects on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People.

The position is based in Ebersberg with occasional travel to the secondary production site in Cologne. Qualifications

• You have a master’s degree or PhD in chemistry
• You have experience in mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF, ESI-MS) and analytical methods like UPLC
• You have gained experience to independently manage your own work and that of others when working as a postdoc or team lead in industry or academia. Experience in a regulated environment, in particular under GMP is a plus.
• You are a team-player, self-motivated and enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
• You are a strong thinker with a hands-on attitude and a drive for implementation.
• You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
