For our Performance Marketing Team we are immediately looking for a Web Administrator (m/f/d). This position can be either part-time (minimum 25 h/week) or full-time (39 h/week) depending on your preference. The Performance Marketing Team is responsible for analyzing the success of (digital) marketing measures and provides data-driven input to improve campaigns based on acquired insights.

• Administrate and maintain our websites globalgap.org and globalgapsolutions.org incl. mobile app
• Update landing pages, optimize user experience, improve SEO, debug pages and fix broken links or images
• Plan, create, and implement web campaigns
• Monitor and analyze site performance (e. g. traffic, conversions)

• Vocational degree in a job-relevant field
• 1?2 years of working experience related to web development, web administration or web design
• Proficient in English (C1 level) and an intermediate level (B2) of either German or Spanish
• Good HTML/CSS coding skills and knowledge of content management systems
• Ability to work flexibly and to put attention to detail
• Proactive and open-minded character with hands-on mentality
