Are you energetic, passionate, and enjoy working across functional areas? Don’t wait, join us as a people & finance coordinator (f/m/d), you’ll support company initiatives and evolutions in implementation and control.

• Improve cost controlling process up to support of budget preparation
• Put in place tracking methods on expenses
• Provide employee support from first application to exit
• Prepare people-related metrics like salary benchmark, total number of hires, fluctuation, sickness days
• Exchange with stakeholders about budget status of external resources
• Handle financial document exchange with an outsourced accountant
• Become a data provider (f/m/d) for company purposes & transparency; in charge of design from the need, the production and the delivery of data

• A successful experience in a comparable role
• Proficient with SAAS business services (HR, CRM, ERPs).
• Strong affinity with data and visualization
• Service-oriented, affirmative, caring and stable even in case of tension
• Good knowledge of employment law and a basic understanding of social insurance and tax law are a plus
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Degree / professional qualification in Commercial Education / Business Administration
