(Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) Life Sciences / Chemical Industry

Location: Wiesbaden or home-office based

You will be part of a dedicated project team and support our partners / key account managers in successfully conducting international search assignments for top and senior management roles. The main focus will be on surveying the relevant markets, identifying matching profiles and approaching the candidates.

Furthermore, you will:

• Conduct initial telephone interviews to match the candidate against the search profile for different projects
• Guarantee sustainable documentation of all relevant project information in the database
• Prepare status reports and other presentation materials for the client
• Participate in update calls with the client and support business development activities

• University degree (ideally in natural sciences)
• Relevant working experience in in-house recruiting / talent acquisition or executive research / headhunting; young professionals and graduates (m/f/d) are also welcome
• Natural curiosity and intrinsic motivation
• Can-do attitude with exceptional business acumen
• Fluency in English and conversational German language skills are mandatory; any other language would be a plus
