Engineering Project Manager (m/w/d)

As Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) you support the Product Owner with the planning and execution of product development projects. In addition, you control the agile-hybrid implementation in several teams according to the product development process and ensure visibility in all phases. Your goal is the realization of customer and stakeholder requirements.

• Planning, implementation and control of projects (according to PEP)
• Breaking down and transferring requirements into work packages that can be processed in terms of content for the teams
• Progress and budget control, risk management and documentation
• Ensure information transfer
• Ensuring the achievement of objectives (QCD) of the release projects
• Continuous development of standards and processes in release management

You have the ability to think entrepreneurially, are committed and have good communication skills. Your high level of professional competence and your willingness to work in a team distinguish you in particular.

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, heating/ventilation technology (4-year university education / Bachelor / Master) or comparable
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• High level of commitment and initiative
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills and the ability to deal with conflicts
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
