Test Manager (m/w/d)

As a Test Manager (m/f/d) you will own the team of expert engineers on a project basis. You are responsible for testing complete technical solutions in heating technology.

• Supervision and control of test projects
• Analyze, review and assess the testability of test bases consisting of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, specifications as well as models
• Write and update test concepts and coordinate with stakeholders (including product owners and system architects).
• Plan test activities and procedures, taking into account test objectives, effort, test duration, costs, and risks.
• Initiate test processes (analysis, design, implementation, and execution), monitor test progress and results, and review status of end criteria.
• Build appropriate metrics to measure test progress, and quality of testing and product.
• Promote the testers, the test team and the "tester" job description within Viessmann.

You convince with your solution-oriented way of working, you don't let sophisticated test projects get you down and you like to connect with your colleagues in German and English. To ensure that you are also successful in your job, we are also looking for:

• Completed studies as Master of Science (M. Sc.) or Master of Engineering (M. Eng.)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility
• Preferably experience in the field of heating, cooling and ventilation technology
• Experience in testing and project management
• Recognition of sophisticated technical contexts
• Knowledge in the use of Google Workspace as well as Polarion is a plus!
