As Team Leader Automation Technology End-to-End Testing (m/f/d) you will manage a team of dedicated technicians and engineers. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end testing infrastructure and automation for testing complete technical solutions in heating technology.

• Development and implementation of test automation, taking into account solutions already in place at Viessmann, as well as their interconnection
• Support and further development of the entire test infrastructure of end-to-end testing
• Evaluation of test automation solution (software and hardware)
• Standardization of test interfaces of development artifacts
• Development of a reuse strategy of test sequences and modules
• Teamwork in the creation of a company-wide test strategy
• Set-up of configuration management for software/hardware combinations and the test infrastructure
• Selection and coordination of external development service providers

Who you are

You see yourself as a consultant in the field of test automation and you enjoy building an efficient and scalable test automation with the team entrusted to you. You like to connect with your colleagues in German and English and you also have the following qualifications:

• Completed engineering or technical studies (Bachelor, Master or Dipl.-Ing.) in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical computer science or a similar field of study.
• Proven experience in software development and test automation
• Strong analytical, conceptual and creative skills with solution-oriented approach
• Ideally ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or comparable certification
• Experience with interdisciplinary and international teams
• Preferably experience in the field of heating, cooling and ventilation technology
