As Team Leader Test Management (m/f/d) you will manage a team of dedicated test managers and test engineers. You are responsible for the further development of the company-wide test policy and strategy for testing complete technical solutions in heating technology.

Your impact

• Develop standards and procedures for planning test activities and projects (test duration, effort, costs), taking into account test objectives and risks
• Further development of the company-wide test policy and strategy
• Drive and implement test process (analysis, design, realization and execution).
• Continuous improvement of master test concepts including interlocking of the different test levels
• Development and improvement of methods and metrics for efficient test project management as well as their implementation in the systems used (Polarion, JIRA)
• Resource allocation of test managers and testers
• Promotion of the job profiles "test manager" and "tester" within Viessmann

Who you are

You see yourself as a consultant in the field of test management and enjoy continuously developing the area of responsibility entrusted to you. You enjoy communicating with your colleagues in German and English and also bring the following qualifications with you:

• Completed studies as Master of Science (M. Sc.) or Master of Engineering (M. Eng.)
• Sound experience in the area of test management as well as in the application of corresponding tools such as Polarion or Jira
• Preferably experience in the field of heating, cooling and ventilation technology
• Ability to communicate on a technical, engineering as well as management level
• Experience in running employees and leading teams
• Ideally certified as ISTQB® Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager
