This is a full-time position in Cologne.

• You will work in a highly diverse team with flat hierarchies: We are 360 employees from more than 30 different nationalities, working from 14 different countries in 3 continents.

Your responsibility will be finding, supporting, retaining and developing our most important asset: our Learnshippers. You will work on strategic initiatives together with our leadership team and our employees. You will work globally, collaborating with employees in Europe, Asia and America.

• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to our leadership team and employees
• Closely collaborate with Team Heads to understand business needs and strategic priorities
• Give HR advice to executives and employees in all questions of personal management
• Drive company culture and employee engagement
• Applicant selection and management for selected specialist areas
• Ensuring successful onboarding / offboarding
• Responsibility for individual HR projects within Europe

• You possess a degree in HR, Business, Management, International Relations or a similar education
• You have a solid legal understanding (esp. labor law)
• You are business fluent in English and German, additional language skills are a plus
• You are a team player with excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
• You embody trust, empathy, integrity and ethics inside and outside of Learnship
• Most importantly: You are truly passionate about HR and are ready to do your part in connecting people from all over the world
