As a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d), you are a Q expert in our project teams and support development projects within the E/E module development.

• Planning and execution of quality assurance activities in cross-functional hardware and software development projects
• Preparation and implementation of Quality Standards for E/E projects in line with company wide processes (i.e. PEP)
• Ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards as well as supervision of software release notes
• Preparation and implementation of Quality Dashboards for E/E projects (quality metrics and KPIs)
• Root Cause Analysis for defects (preparation, executions and follow-up till action implementation)
• Interface for testing teams in terms of processes definition, consulting and testing of existing SW test strategies
• Providing guidance and quality related education to projects

• Completed university studies (diploma/master's degree), ideally in electrical engineering or software/hardware development, alternatively comparable training
• Specialized further training in the area of quality management and / or reliability management
• Knowledge of quality management methods (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D), project management and the quality relevant standards, Automotive Spice, ISO 26262
• Experience in model-based development Matlab / Simulink or comparable is desirable
• Analytical thinking skills and structured approach
• Clear communication in spoken and written (German and English)
