Tasks & responsibilities- In your new role you will drive the culture of Continuous Process Improvements by acting as a project leader directing, motivating and inspiring your team to deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibilities include the set-up and organization of teams, project charters, and regular steering committee meetings, presentations to managers and staff of milestone achievements.
- You are responsible for developing strategies and new ideas, provide staff and leadership training and consultancy within the regulations of all health authorities worldwide.
- Furthermore, you will represent the global CTSU by coordinating internal and external authority inspections and ensure that the IMP supply chain information, processes and procedures are presented as required.
- You are responsible for the strategic management of external vendor partner relationships.
Requirements - Science or Engineering based Masters degree or equivalent, alternatively, vocational training with long-term professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in a similar business development environment involving Project management
- Great communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel to vendor locations mostly in Europe
- Fluent in German and English as daily and technical languages
