Site Controller / Sr. Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities of the Stahnsdorf site
  
• Preparing reports and forecast to help strengthen the corporate decision-making process
  
• Collaborate with wordwide Laser BU controller
  
• Monitor P&L changes, create budgets and collaborate with local management to drive financial strategy
  
• Accounting and audit support to local team
  
• Checking financial impact of international projects
  
• Depending on potential, the area of responsibility can increase to supporting European distribution entities
  

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and engagement is:

• 
  
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Controlling or similar experience
  
• First experience in controlling or desire to grow into a controlling position
  
• Understanding of balance sheets and P&Ls
  
• Experience or desire to work cross-functionally
  
• For this role it would be ideal if you had some expertise in working with SAP or other systems
  
• A positive attitude towards business growth and related change
  
• Fluent German and English are mandatory for this role
