Our global headquarters, STADA Arzneimittel AG, is located in Bad Vilbel near Frankfurt am Main. For the department of MS&T we are looking for you as

• Planning project management for technology transfers, accurately documenting the project's creation, tracking development and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines
• SharePoint administration & SOPs maintenance
• Coordination and technical evaluation of new business case requests; creation of Technical Package for new transfer initiatives as per need
• Participation in due diligences for product and portfolio acquisitions to assess all pharmaceutical-technical issues regarding the producibility, transferability and quality of the products
• Participation in site visits as part of due diligence
• Integration of product and portfolio acquisitions in the area of Global Technology Transfer (e.g. creation of schedules for transfers)
• Training and onboarding new team members according to Global Technology Transfer Processes, continuous process improvement and standardization

• University degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering, chemistry, biology or a related discipline
• > 5 years professional experience in pharma industry, preferable in Tech Transfers, MS&T, R&D, production or quality assurance
• Very good project management skills, professional experience in Project Management is a plus
• Analytical thinking, independent and very structured way of working, strong attention to details and technicalities
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel
