Support our team immediately in full-time as Junior Manager International Study Advisory (m/f/d) in Bad Honnef

• You advise our international prospective students in a sales-oriented manner about studying with us and convince them of us as a university from the first contact to the signing of the contract.

• You support our international prospective students in the enrollment and recognition process as well as in official matters.

• You contribute to cross-departmental projects for the further development and growth of your area of responsibility.

• You work closely with colleagues and teams from other departments such as the Student Office, Accounting, etc.

• You hold a bachelor's degree, a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.

• You enjoy goal-oriented work in the field of selling innovative and advanced university study programs and postgraduate education in general.

• You already have experience in working with customers – experience in B2C sales is a plus, but your willingness and ability to learn is more important.

• You have contact and communication skills, are customer-oriented and have a strong service mentality.

• You are a team player, yet you also like to work independently and on your own responsibility.

• You have a very good command of English in order to be able to support our international prospective students. Additional languages (Spanish or French)are a plus.
