Our brand new, 11.500 m² battery factory in Kirchardt is ideally located off the A6 and in the middle of the Kraichgau region: a green, family-friendly region with idyllic towns and great wine-growing areas. As part of our Quality Team, you play an active role in the big picture. In cooperation with many different departments, you will ensure efficient and economical processes while using our Operating System at our production site.

• You constantly strive for improvement and optimization: you track all activities to support, develop and improve our operating system.
• As a team player with a hands-on mentality, you will actively work in various departments to analyze deficiencies in the processes and implement improvements. In doing so, you coordinate with different functional areas and levels.
• You are the first point of contact for colleagues at the site when it comes to our operating system. You pass on your knowledge to your colleagues through training courses so that they can successfully introduce and apply the standards of our company.
• To become better and better as a production plant, you always promote the introduction of standardization tools and concepts.

• University degree with a technical focus
• First professional experience in a manufacturing company (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Knowledge of LEAN tools and methodology
