Product Owner (m/f/d) in Product Management for Enabling Products

The Product Owner for Enabling Products will work within the AGCO Precision Ag & digital product management team. This person will be a member of a customer-focused agile product team that is responsible for guiding the development of the components, systems, and integrations for AGCO machines.What you will do

• Working closely with vehicle requirements team to understand key internal stakeholder requirements for all vehicle platforms and brands and identifies customer needs in the market
• Maintain backlog and roadmaps for enabling features and hardware components across all machine platforms
• Receiving customer feedback and transforms customer requirements into defined features and product enablers
• Writing user stories and formulates benefit hypotheses which help communicate business requirements to engineering teams during planning and prioritization sessions
• Interface with engineering and test teams regularly and assists with strategic planning
• Representing our customer interests in planning and prioritization meetings with development teams
• Analyzing competitive environment, industry trends, and emerging technology
• Researching product requirements for different global regions
• Building compelling business cases and makes decisions based on data

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration minor Marketing/Projectmanagement or similiar
• At least 3 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, project manager, marketing manager, engineer, or similar discipline
• Experience in building business cases or financial modeling/planning
• Working knowledge of vehicle electronic controls and architecture, e. g. CAN Bus systems
• Knowledgeable about farming and precision agriculture technologies

• Experience within agricultural or heavy equipment industries
• Technical background or work experience
• SAFE Agile or other agile methodology experience
• Additional language proficiency or international experience
