Erforderliche Kenntnisse/Fähigkeiten
S4 HANA implementation experience in a Life Sciences/biotech/manufacturing environment
Leads Fit 2 Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gaps
Advise clients on their S4 / HANA SD/O2C transformation roadmaps, helping them develop migration strategies to transition from their traditional SAP ECC platforms
Works with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirement ,Develops solution and work around to address potential gaps
Comprehensive Supply Chain Execution process integration and implementation experience in cooperation with the business process owner
Project and team leadership tasks as well as involvement in internal coaching, and knowledge management topics and further development of innovation topics
Good know how of integration with TM/EWM
Drive value creation for our clients; positioning SAP solutions such as SAP S / 4HANA
Provides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration and potential extensibility
Defines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insights
Identification of Improvement potentials in continuous operations
Supports training of key users at the customer for relevant application area
Guided configuration and expert configuration via SPRO but also Solution Builder
Background in key methodologies for efficient deployment and operation of SAP applications
Erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeitung mit Fachbereichen des Kunden, gutes Verständnis der Business-Prozesse und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der fachlichen Anforderungs-Dokumente.
Fließende (Mindestens B2)Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten
S/4HANA Certification
Sufficient ABAP, Fiori, Technical know-how to co-ordinate better with technical teams.
Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Standort-Businessmanagern sowie tiefgreifende Kenntnisse von Geschäftsprozessen.
Gute analytische und logische Problemlösungsfähigkeiten verbunden mit dem Talent, neue Aufgabenstellungen schnell zu begreifen.
Exzellente Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeit auf CxO-Level, Steuerung von Sub-Unternehmern.
Management einer Service-Delivery-Organisation sowie die Überwachung von Service-Level-Agreements.
Identifizierung von zusätzlichen Verkaufspotenzialen beim Kunden und Generiung weiterer Change-Requests.
Erfahrung mit Standard-Prozessen wie z.B. ITIL, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung.
