You want to take ownership of our product development by managing the whole cycle from concept to release? Then join softgarden e-recruiting as Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) and support us in all our data based products.

• In this role you will conduct user research with internal & external stakeholders to drive the product discovery, defend decisions and incorporate learnings into the lifecycle
• In close collaboration with your colleagues from UX you visualise and develop your ideas using flow charts, wire frames and mockups
• You transform your concepts to actionable items together with the engineering teams in an agile setup
• Among other things you are responsible for continuously monitoring all relevant KPIs
• Together with Marketing you communicate new functionalities to customers

• You have professional experience in using agile product management tools and methods
• In the past you have gained deep insights in Product Management for a B2B and/or SaaS product
• You have a track record of successfully launched product solutions with meaningful business impact
• In addition, you have a passion for data, an analytical mindset and the drive to create a great customer experience
