To strengthen our Sales and Customer Management team in Regensburg we are looking for an

• Ensure project target achievement in conformity with commercial contracts
• Develop project profitability and ensure proper follow-up through surveillance plans
• Build business development plans and marketing plans
• Ensure coordination of pricing and costing, technical, production, quality and logistics teams
• Guarantee customer satisfaction concerning requests in view of internal company targets
• Take a lead on RFQ replies and leadership within the team
• Define the business plan for EIectronics customers, follow up and participate in commercial strategy
• Report to first-line manager on all Electronics-related subjects KPIs, sales, budget, program, etc.
• Identify and report resource shortages and business risks to enable correct program running
• Drive meetings with the project team and plants

• Successfully completed Master's degree in business administration or engineering
• Technical expertise in electronic components and customer management
• Minimum of 11 years of professional experience
• Fluent in German and English language
• Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
