• Responsible for architecture, design, analysis and integrity of the environmental control system
• Responsibility for the verification of the environmental control system design
• Responsibility for ensuring that safety requirements are met
• Responsibility for execution and supervision certification tests and for compliance showing
• Responsibility for compliance showing
• Responsibility for work package and supplier management

• Good knowledge of the English language
• Structured, independent and solution oriented way of working
• International mind-set, experienced in liaison/control of third parties
• Good communication skills and good team worker, having an analytical and process oriented mind-set
• Good knowledge of all MS-Office software
• Experience with environmental control systems (preferably bleed air and VCCS)
• Experience on ice protection systems and/or propulsion systems is an advantage
• Experience with EASA CS23 certification and compliance showing
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or Siemens NX is an advantage
• Master degree in aeronautical engineering, alternatively a similar degree or an adequate education / experience in the aeronautical industry (preferably in propulsion area)
• Working experience in the aeronautical industry with environmental control systems (min. 5 years)
