THE POSITION
As Senior Bio Product Manager Operations you are responsible for the life cycle management of one or several of our commercial biopharmaceutical products.

Tasks & responsibilities- You facilitate and consolidate all strategic product aspects, like product operational strategy, product launches, sourcing and outsourcing, risk management, investments and cost-benefit-analysis.
- Furthermore you coordinate the implementation of life cycle measures like changes to raw materials, process, container closure system or delivery devices and regulatory submissions in new regions.
- You monitor product quality, process performance, production progress and success rate. Where necessary you develop and implement improvement measures or ensure effective crisis management.
- In your new role you budget and control the product life cycle cost.
- You coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary Bio Product Team Operations (BioPTO).
- You drive product related decision-making within a cross-functional governance system.
Requirements - Doctoral or Master’s degree in natural sciences, business degree or acquired professional experience
- Longterm professional experience within (bio)-pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Development, Quality, Project or Product Management preferably related to biologics
- Leadership experience in line- or matrix-organizations
- Assertiveness, persistence with the capability to excel in team-leading/-work including stakeholder integration
- Effective facilitation, communication, presentation and change management skills as well as excellent analytical, strategic and innovative thinking ability and strong business judgement
- Good software knowledge in MS Office and Project Management Tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
