Resolve Biosciences is a privately held company headquartered in Monheim am Rhein, Germany with an expanding global footprint, that includes facilities in San José, California, USA.

Our Molecular Cartography™ platform has been well received by scientists through an early access program since 2016. We are now entering into an exciting phase of rapid growth and commercialization.

With immediate effect, we are looking to hire a full-time Technical Laboratory Assistant Production [m/f/d] to support our Production Team in Monheim, Germany in the following fields:

• Production of consumables, e.g., production of buffers, preparation of DNA solutions and other materials according to SOPs and manufacturing specifications.
• Filling, labelling, and packing of the various products.
• Performing in-process controls.
• Documentation of the production and inventory record keeping.
• Kit assembly to make our products ready to ship.
• Help with general lab maintenance as needed; maintain lab stock, manage inventory and safety records.

• You have completed a professional training as Chemical/Biological Laboratory Assistant (CTA/BTA) or a similar education.
• You are experienced with lab automation, e.g. pipette robots.
• You are familiar with instrumental analytics.
• Ideally you have been in an industrial environment before.
• You have experience with MS Office.

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are hands-on and someone, who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
• You have a pronounced quality consciousness and diligence.
• You have good organizational skills and are able to work structured and independently.
• You are passionate to work in agile, intercultural teams.
• You are fluent in German and have at least basic skills in English.
