The Product Support Specialist provides on time and high-quality post sales product support to our HPLC customers. This is a technology-focused role with the purpose of creating positive users’ experience with the HPLC portfolio.
The Product Support Specialist will have a strong understanding of chromatography-based techniques, with strong focus on HPLC and LC-MS Systems.
