Our service centre agents oversee numerous services, provide vital support to our customers and clients, and are encouraged to use their initiative and all available resources to achieve the best outcome for our customers, ensuring that customer expectations are met or - usually - exceeded.

Don't worry if you have no service centre experience. We'll make sure your 3-week basic training covers everything you need to learn in relevant areas of the business, including cyber security, insurance benefits, ticket booking and VIP services. It is important to us to provide you with all the material and knowledge so that you can be successful in your job.

Full-time/part-time hours over 7 days, 8-hour shifts between 7am and 10pm. We have a rotating shift pattern that includes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will be given sufficient advance notice of your rota for the next few weeks and there is some flexibility to balance your working hours with your lifestyle.
