WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR NEW POSITION

• Credit risk analysis:
• Assess buyers' solvency and analyze the information on transactions provided by commercial underwriters
• Analyze the economic, political and legal information on sectors and countries in relation to the transactions presented
• Determine the acceptable amount of credit limit/non-binding indication that can be granted; make recommendations to more senior underwriters for amounts exceeding personal delegation
• Report internally on acceptable exposures on buyers and groups
• Monitor concentration of risks on buyers/groups and countries; propose changes in risk underwriting policy, when required
• Coordination within Coface group, sales departments, and entities worldwide and ensure an optimal account management process flow
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• Degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline with financial & economic focus (alternatively: completed commercial education, preferably banking specialist)
• Job experience regarding the above mentioned tasks
• Good knowledge of trade credit insurance and credit risk management
• Good knowledge of trade finance as of corporate and contract law fundamentals, bonding knowledge would be beneficial
• Clear understanding of political and economic issues including emerging markets & understanding of company business and their funding needs
• Developed analytical skills
• Ability & willingness to work independently and set priorities according to customer needs
• Strong communication skills & basic negotiation skills
• Ready for & supportive of change
• Proficient English & German language skills as well as good MS Office skills
