• You are responsible for analysing and maintaining complex financial models.
• You support all our project finance transactions including the entire process from tendering, managing due diligence, and third-party advisers, negotiating the financing documentation through to FC, disbursements, and post-closing activities.
• You take part in project sales activities e.g., support the whole process including engaging with investors, preparing sales materials, data room and Q&A; management, contract negotiation, managing third party advisers and post completion close out.
• You take care of interactions with professional advisors including financial, legal, technical, electricity forecast and insurance.

• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or similar and can look back on at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the renewable industry.
• You have knowledge about financial modelling and VBA skills.
• You are a team player, and a detail-oriented way of working characterises you.
• You are familiar with working in an international and multicultural environment and have a high cultural awareness.
• You are business proficient in English. Spanish or German highly advantageous.
