• You are responsible for the transaction management of our asset and special purpose vehicles.
• You review and analyse contracts, documents and invoices for financial and tax treatment.
• You manage or confirm on tax compliance for projects such as ICIO and for Gridco contract payments by provide advice related to our SPV scope within Gridco.
• You support the business development department in the acquisition process by developing concrete guidance and structured requirements.
• You monitor compliance in all asset cycles, from acquisition to exit, from a financial and tax perspective. In addition, you are in contact with the commissioned auditors and tax consultants.
• You work together with the business development department, project finance department for non-regular cases.

• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar and can look back on at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a renewable industry.
• You are Certified Public Accountant or Tax in Spanish exam, which will be big advantage.
• You have been experienced in large accounting companies.
• You are a team player, and a detail-oriented way of working characterises you.
• You are high level of skill in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• You have business proficient for both English skills and Spanish Skill.
